Shellac.net is operated by Blue Ridge Supply LLC. This is a plain explanation of what we collect and what we do with it. In short: we collect only what we need to take and ship your order, and we do not sell your personal information.

What we collect. When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you provide one), and your order details. When you pay, your card information goes directly to our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers. As you browse, our site and its analytics tools collect standard technical information, such as pages viewed and general location, through cookies.

How we use it. To process, fulfill, and ship your orders; to answer your questions; to prevent fraud; and, if you have opted in, to send occasional email about our products and updates.

Who we share it with. Only the services that help us run the store and complete your order: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment processor, our shipping carriers and fulfillment partner, and our email provider (Klaviyo). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your choices. You can unsubscribe from our email at any time using the link in any message. Email us at support@shellac.net to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.
